Hi, I’m Jessy.
Mom of two. Married for 24 years. 51 years old.
I’m 5'4" and just a few months ago, I weighed 220 pounds.

Before Everything Changed…
I remember standing in front of the mirror one morning, tugging at clothes that used to fit.

No matter how healthy I ate, how hard I exercised, or how many things I gave up…
The weight just wouldn’t budge.

And it wasn’t just about the number on the scale.

I felt exhausted, frustrated, and like I was slowly fading into the background of my own life.

Friends told me,
"That’s just what happens after 40."
"It’s your hormones."
"You should be grateful anyway."

But deep down, I knew something wasn’t right.
